Dennis Fortier, MS MBA* President
and CEO
Mr. Fortier has 30+ years of experience in developing
new markets, specifically those based on leveraging new
healthcare technologies. In his former role as Global Director
of Strategy for Bausch & Lomb, he gained valuable insights
about facilitating change within various, international
healthcare systems. He earned an MBA from Cornell University
and an MA in Sociology from University of California at
Irvine.
William R. Shankle, MS MD* Chief
Medical Officer
Dr. Shankle is a renowned neurologist and
biostatistician, and is a key opinion leader in the field of
memory disorders. He has 30+ years of experience in
Alzheimer’s research, and have extensive clinical experience
in managing patients with AD and related dementias. He
previously served as a clinical director of the Alzheimer’s
Disease Research Center at University of California at Irvine.
He received an MD from Brown University and MS in
Biostatistics from University of Southern California
Tushar Mangrola, MS Chief
Technology Officer
Mr. Mangrola has 20+ years of experience as software
architect with additional strengths in database administration
and data warehouse design. He also has extensive experience
managing offshore development projects, specifically in India.
He formerly served as a Senior Consultant at
PricewaterhouseCoopers overseeing large integration projects
for ERP applications. He earned an MS in Electrical
Engineering from the California State University.
Junko Hara, PhD* Chief
Scientific Officer
Dr. Hara has 20+ years of experience in cognitive
research and technology development. She is expert in data
science and bioinformatics as well as translational research
with strong international project management background. She
earned a MS in Media and Governance, and a PhD in Science with
the focus on Biomedical Engineering from Keio University.
Sam Ho, MD*
Dr. Ho was a former Chief Clinical Officer for
UnitedHealthcare, UnitedHealth Group’s health benefits
division, and President of Clinical Shared Services. During
his tenure, he was responsible for the clinical advancement of
38 million members throughout the U.S., including enrollees in
commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid health plans. He was also
the clinical executive specifically responsible for the
execution of the quality improvement, medical management, care
delivery transformation, performance measurement,
transparency, and health care affordability programs
throughout UnitedHealthcare, and was active in helping lead
the value-based benefits and value-based provider payment
programs.
